As a Senior Software Architect, your responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating strategic partnerships with stakeholders to clarify business needs and identify dependencies, impediments, and potential risks
  • Capturing functional and non-functional requirements and designing technical solutions using the Spring Framework along with REST Architecture
  • Ensuring the overall quality and fit of the technical solution in addition to the overall performance of the application stack
  • Oversight of the progress of the development team to ensure consistency with the initial design, development principles, and deadlines
  • Providing technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers through efficient code reviews

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong expertise in system design and architecture with a deep understanding of scalable solutions
  • Proven experience in establishing and enforcing coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across development teams
  • Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills with the ability to navigate complex relationships
  • Technical leadership and mentorship abilities with a passion for knowledge sharing
  • Deep understanding of non-functional requirements focusing on scalability, performance, and security

Experience

  • 12+ years of overall experience in the IT industry, specifically in technical architecture with a focus on cloud-oriented solutions
  • 10+ years of experience in the infrastructure domain with a focus on technical architecture and cloud computing
  • Proven experience managing or working with JAVA and React JS frameworks
  • Strong experience in API architecture, Event Driven Architecture, and DevOps practices using tools like Terraform
  • Experience in analyzing new requirements, designing technical architecture, and implementing effective solutions
