**Drive Engineering Excellence**

A Senior Executive Engineer drives engineering best practices across the organization, focusing on code quality, automation, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain tools, frameworks, and dashboards to enhance software development lifecycle (SDLC) efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for technical improvement.
  • Promote continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices; automate build, test, and deployment pipelines.
  • Foster adoption of modern development practices such as test-driven development (TDD), pair programming, and code reviews.
  • Lead initiatives to improve engineering onboarding, knowledge sharing, and documentation standards.
  • Analyze engineering metrics (e.g., deployment frequency, mean time to recovery, code coverage) and provide actionable insights.
  • Serve as a liaison between engineering, DevOps, QA, and product management to align on technical excellence goals.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits of engineering practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Mentor and train engineers on best practices for writing maintainable, scalable, and secure code.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience in biopharma equipment operations.
  • Hands-on experience with operational and process excellence principles.
