  • Execute engineering activities within technical expertise using reliable solutions to meet site/project objectives.
  • Responsible for maintenance & calibration activities, commissioning projects at site level.
  • Supervise plant engineering team, providing technical assistance to ensure best possible maintenance and modifications.
  • Execute design execution and hand-over projects within cost, time schedule, quality, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

You will:

1. Ensure compliance with industrial standards and GMP guidelines. Implement preventive maintenance plans during shutdown intervals.

2. Participate in maintenance/reliability reviews of new projects. Execute and follow up infrastructure/civil work tasks in the production plant.

3. Supervise change over operations for production equipment to improve productivity. Coach and motivate new team members. Responsible for personal and professional development.

4. Perform project HSE management and execute project safety stops/reviews. Execute projects in alignment with key local and global stakeholders. Execute life cycle costs and project schedules.

5. Apply state of the art technical solutions according to compliance standards and HSE regulations.

6. Ensure projects are developed through various stages of scope, definition, approval, and implementation. Obtain permits for maintenance/calibration/projects.

7. Execute work orders for maintenance/calibration as per method statement/procedure. Update CMMS after completion.

8. Document execution of calibration. Support building organizational culture in line with Sandoz values.
