**Job Title:** Engineering Manager

Key Role Responsibilities:

We seek an experienced engineering leader to direct our projects and teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 10+ years in engineering and strong leadership abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining product development, testing, and manufacturing processes. Additionally, they will oversee staff, assign tasks, and coordinate with other managers.

  • Designs, implements, and refines product development, testing, and manufacturing processes.
  • Oversees staff and assigns tasks to engineering and technical personnel
  • Leads teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes.
  • Strives to improve efficiency and sustainability of processes and product designs, and to reduce waste.
Key Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes
  • Personnel and project management skills, Strategic Management.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously
Technical Skills:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 10+ years of experience & minimum 2 years as Engineering Manager
  • Proficiency in Java, Springboot, Microservices, System Design, DSA, code review, HLD, LLD
  • Strong presentation skills to explain complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholders
