We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our team at Optiminastic. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sustainability and marketing partnerships, with 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or client relations.
About the RoleThe Partnership & Collaboration Executive will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships that drive net-zero advertising. This includes identifying, approaching, and onboarding new partners across marketing and sustainability ecosystems, as well as managing and nurturing existing partnerships to ensure mutual growth and alignment.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and onboard new partners across marketing and sustainability ecosystems.
- Manage and nurture existing partnerships to ensure mutual growth and alignment.
- SUPPORT CO-BRANDED INITIATIVES EVENTS AND CAMPAIGNS WITH EXTERNAL PARTNERS.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver partner-driven solutions.
- Track partnership performance and prepare reports to recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends in sustainability, MarTech, and climate innovation.
- Relationship-driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in sustainability and marketing partnerships.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in partnerships, business development, or client relations.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in ESG, climate tech, or sustainability-led projects.
- Familiarity with partnership CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
