
Strategic Partnership Specialist

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in business-to-business sales, government liaisoning, or relevant institutional partnerships. They should be a graduate with a degree in Sales, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
A strong background in customer relationship management applications, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills is highly desirable. Familiarity with corporate social responsibility fundraising and knowledge of institutional sales, especially related to public-private partnerships, will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships for government-aligned projects in education and development.
- Engage with corporate social responsibility teams and donors to secure funding support for educational project initiatives.
- Build and maintain a database of corporate donors, foundations, and multilateral agencies aligned with government programs.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals for corporate engagement, aligned with government schemes and policies.
- Conduct regular meetings with government officials, education departments, and district-level authorities.
- Monitor announcements for new funding and collaboration opportunities.
- Travel across regions to represent the organization in meetings with stakeholders.
- Maintain long-term relationships with government and corporate stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent field.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree with Corporate Social Responsibility experience will be an added advantage.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Proven experience in business-to-business sales and managing client relationships.
- Experience in government liaisoning—interacting with government departments, officials, and aligning projects with government schemes.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management applications (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Background in Corporate Social Responsibility fundraising or experience in the development sector is a plus.
- Knowledge of institutional sales, especially related to public-private partnerships, is highly desirable.
