Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned sales and partnership expert to spearhead enterprise-wide initiatives, drive strategic partnerships, and elevate key account management across merchants and commerce partners.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for merchant business, encompassing direct sales of Universal Affordability Platform solution to specific accounts (merchants and marketplaces), vertical-specific GTMs, and adoption across multiple commerce segments.
  • Cultivate successful licensing partnerships with key aggregators (PG, POS, and QR) and other commerce partners.
  • Build and foster relationships and revenue growth of key accounts, while outlining and executing clear go-to-market strategies involving direct enterprise sales to key accounts alongside vertical solutions and licensing-based distribution partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Proven ability to establish deep connections with decision-makers in relevant business verticals and corporates is essential. We expect you to have a strong network and be able to leverage it effectively.
  2. Market analysis, sales strategy, and plan development & execution: dissect the market landscape, create an effective sales strategy, business plan, and revenue targets for merchant adoption and monetization across all segments, and successfully execute on the same with your team.
  3. Rapidly identify new opportunities and gaps in the market and develop innovative products and solutions that cater to these needs.
  4. Sales and adoption by key accounts: drive sales and monetization of Flexmoney's UMAP platform across key enterprise accounts and segments as defined by the sales strategy.
  5. Establish a high-performing sales team & culture: attract and build a high-performance, metrics-driven sales team and culture that sets ambitious sales targets and consistently exceeds them.
  6. Set and achieve aggressive revenue and sales targets through relentless focus and determination.
  7. Identify and secure lucrative distribution licensing partnerships.
  8. Foster and deepen strong relationships with key accounts & partners, ensuring long-term success and growth.
  9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive successful GTM adoption and implementation.
Required Qualifications
  • Post Graduate Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
  • 10-15 years of proven experience in relevant field dealing with large customers in Enterprise Commerce space.
  • Experience in Merchant Acquiring and Partnerships is a must.
  • Experience with Affordability Solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to understand technology and articulate solutions to Enterprise Customers effectively.
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to work cohesively with ecosystem such as Pre-Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Legal, etc.
  • Excellent customer focus, attention to detail, negotiation, and commercial skills.
