
Drive Business Growth Through Partnerships

We are seeking a Strategic Alliance Manager to drive growth through partnerships with national and regional influencers of business. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing partnerships, driving initiatives, and ensuring income delivery through effective execution.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partnership Execution:
- Execute targeted partnerships aimed at achieving income delivery, driving initiatives, expanding market reach, and enhancing overall performance.
- Select, document, negotiate, and initiate business relationships with partners.
- Maintain the health of business from partners and ensure timely settlements.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partners and prospects.
- Interface with compliance, legal, finance, and other central office functions.
- Drive business delivery through daily engagements with internal channel members.
- Accountable for revenue targets via various initiatives.
- Daily dashboarding and engagement platforms for budget delivery.
- People Management:
- Organize regular training for resources on products, processes, and competition benchmarking for Trade & Forex business in Retail segment.
- Bridge between Sales team and product team for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
- Review performance periodically to identify business leakages and take corrective measures.
