Strategic Business Development Lead

We are expanding our sales and marketing team to build digital ecosystems for startups and SMEs. We are seeking a driven Strategic Business Development Lead to join us.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through targeted outreach efforts, Sales Navigator, Upwork, and Clutch platforms.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with the design team.
  • Manage business growth initiatives, including outreach efforts, follow-ups, and client requirement capture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pitch decks and proposals that secure new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to building inbound and outbound funnels to maximize business potential.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Business Development or Marketing within the IT or software industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and clients.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Sales Navigator, Upwork, Meta Ads, and CRM software.
  • A strong target-driven mindset with a focus on strategic growth and development.
