The ideal candidate will own the alliance charter end-to-end – strategy, go-to-market initiatives, capability building, and delivery enablement – while driving measurable business growth through Zoho's software-as-a-service platforms.

Key responsibilities include defining and executing our Zoho alliance strategy, aligned to firm priorities; building strong senior relationships with Zoho leadership and sales teams; driving joint go-to-market initiatives; establishing a Zoho center of excellence for certified talent, reference architectures, and accelerators; integrating Zoho with our domain intellectual property and multi-line-of-service offerings to differentiate solutions; and tracking and reporting alliance key performance indicators including pipeline, influenced revenue, and certifications.

To be successful in this role, you will require 16+ years of experience in consulting, SaaS, or enterprise technology with proven alliance or partner leadership. You must also possess a strong understanding of Zoho's product suite or similar software ecosystems, demonstrated success in revenue growth through partnerships and go-to-market execution, experience in practice building and talent enablement, excellent CXO-level stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills, and a preference for cloud knowledge.
