Senior Project Lead - Strategic Partnership

This is a unique opportunity to spearhead end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams and high-visibility projects.

You will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion while maintaining strong stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project milestones, deliverables, and financials effectively.
  • Drive change management processes and foster collaboration among team members.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Establish communication cadences and maintain accurate project documentation (PMP, Control Books).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report key initiative progress regularly.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in project management with metrics and financial tracking.
  • Strong risk identification and mitigation skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing partner & vendor relationships, with a focus on fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Familiarity with contract change management, including negotiation and dispute resolution.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
