As a strategic leader, you will spearhead the organization's understanding of AI/ML capabilities and collaborate with senior leadership to propose innovative uses that enhance business outcomes.

You will partner with functional heads to understand and solve complex business challenges in managing and growing their portfolio using AI & Analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate will translate business problems into analytical issues, build solutions leveraging AI/ML techniques to drive strategic initiatives end-to-end.

Define and develop an approach to scale AI/ML agenda at Max Life through various AI/ML solutions.

Enable data-driven business decision-making and co-create strategy through storytelling and presenting insights to top leaders.

Build and manage external relationships with industry and academia forums for outside-in perspectives, new approaches, and showcasing learnings.

Drive AI & Analytics projects from conceptualization to implementation and continuous monitoring.

Nurture a strong team to become next-generation business-focused problem solvers with a culture of solution delivery, continuous learning, and experimentation.

Requirements:

• An MBA or master's degree in quantitative fields like mathematics, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics from top-tier institutes.

• Minimum 12-15 years of work experience (post-graduation) in analytical roles.

• Strong collaboration skills with abilities to influence conventional thinking, analytical thinking, and storytelling with data.

• Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and project execution skills.

• Passionate about AI/ML/Data Science/Gen AI through developed solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of Analytics/ML/Deep tech/GenAI technologies and applications.

• Experience with open-source tools like Python, R, Spark, and cloud-based frameworks.

• Deep understanding of Gen AI, Vision, Text, and Speech AI.

• At least 8 years of experience in client-facing data science consulting roles.

• Forming partnerships with functional leaders and influencing decisions with data.

• Improving operational efficiencies and enabling business goal achievement.

• Executing organization-wide initiatives.

• Implementing AI/ML use cases.

• Ensuring model performance and algorithm outcome improvements.
