Strategic People Leader

Hireginie is seeking an experienced and strategic HR leader to drive both the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards for a dynamic organization.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits. They should be able to work closely with business leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.
- Drive key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning.
- Lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture lens.
In addition, the successful candidate will lead the design, benchmarking, and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
- Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
- Own and execute the performance appraisal cycle.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
