Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR leader to drive both the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards for our dynamic organization. This position requires strong business acumen, strategic advisory capability, and a data-driven approach to compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with overall organizational objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on org design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Drive key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture lens.
Total Rewards:
  • Design, benchmark, and implement compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
  • Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
  • Own and execute the performance appraisal cycle.
  • Ensure reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet both business and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
