Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Hubli-Dharwad. The Human Resources Intern will assist in HR management, implement HR policies, manage employee benefits, and handle personnel management. Daily tasks include supporting HR functions, maintaining employee records, and assisting in the recruitment process. The intern will also have opportunities to participate in strategic HR projects and contribute to enhancing employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Experience in Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
