
Human Resource Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our team of junior human resource managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing our staff, as well as maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Recruitment: Consistently recruit excellent staff who share our values and vision.
- Onboarding Process: Maintain a smooth onboarding process to ensure new employees settle in quickly and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train, counsel, and coach our staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Administrative Duties: Carry out necessary administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the department.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance and wage reviews to ensure fairness and equity.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop clear policies and ensure policy awareness among all staff.
- Reporting and Presentations: Create clear and concise reports, and give helpful and engaging presentations to stakeholders.
- Workplace Safety: Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Investigations and Disciplinary Actions: Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures with professionalism and discretion.
- Employee Privacy: Maintain employee and workplace privacy in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of junior human resource managers to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Qualifications: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in human resource management, preferably in a senior role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency in HR software systems.
