Job Description:Co-owning Regional Hotel Performance
  • Optimizing each hotel's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement for growth and margins

Effective Inventory Allocation Management across demand channels

Developing and optimizing pricing strategies for each region's hotels

Evaluating asset strength relative to competition and seasonal market conditions

Maintaining excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work well with colleagues and stakeholders from the hotel

Establishing a working knowledge of the impact and characteristics of various demand channels on regional performance

Producing accurate forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

Identifying and analyzing peak days and shoulder days, considering past performance and new industry trends

Conducting extensive analysis on user profiling, supply profiling, and demand patterns to improve revenue trends and profitability

Making the channel a data-driven organization by creating platforms to better access, interpret, and use data in driving day-to-day decisions and business functioning
