Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience and a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive revenue growth.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, converting leads into sales opportunities.
  • Build, maintain, and update databases for calling and mailing campaigns.
  • Proactively engage with potential customers and follow up regularly with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve and refine existing products, providing valuable feedback for product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-3 years of Inside Sales experience.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the Fitness, Healthcare, Wellness, Sports, or Fitness Wearables industry will be a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree is required (MBA is a plus).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, with a go-getter attitude and a passion for closing deals.
  • Strong attention to detail, perseverance, and motivation to succeed in a high-growth environment.
  • A proactive approach and ability to work independently, while also being a strong team player.
