Job Description
The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives to meet revenue and growth targets.
This will involve leading the sales team in the designated territory, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve collective goals.
Key responsibilities include conducting thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth within the market.
Maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders is essential to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate will oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals, ensuring profitable outcomes while maintaining company standards.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to ensure seamless execution of sales operations and customer service excellence.
Analyzing sales data and trends to create detailed reports and forecasts for higher management review is also a vital aspect of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in sales with demonstrated ability to achieve targets consistently.
- Lead Generation (Mandatory skill) is essential to identify potential clients and create strong sales pipelines.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in HORECA (Mandatory skill), ensuring effective engagement with the hospitality sector.
- FMCG Sales experience (Mandatory skill) required, focusing on fast-moving consumer goods sector.
- Territory Management expertise to efficiently govern sales operations and optimize resource allocation.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and build lasting partnerships with clients.
- Proficient in team leadership, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and growth.
- Analytical skills for market analysis, enabling strategic decision-making based on current trends and data.
- Experience in sales forecasting to predict future sales trends and prepare actionable strategies.
