Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying and developing new opportunities within existing enterprise accounts, particularly across untapped departments or business units.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years of experience in account management, generating leads through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, conferences, and ABM activities in the US market. They should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, utilizing CRM software and other sales tools to drive growth and success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Build and execute structured account mapping and expansion plans.
  • Conduct research to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer's organization, strategic goals, and existing technology landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Maintain and grow a healthy opportunity pipeline.
  • Provide insights and feedback to inform tailored messaging and campaign strategies.
  • Track, measure, and report on performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-4+ years in account management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
