What We're Looking For

We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to work closely with clients from top corporates, fast-growing startups, and top eCommerce and internet companies in India. As a trusted business advisor, you'll help them effectively leverage our chatbots to drive impact in mission-critical areas of their organization.

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll act as a consultative business partner to our largest customers, serving as a bridge between their needs and our product. You'll actively track and drive ROI for the clients under your management, constantly thinking on doing things at scale.
