Job Title: Sales Manager - Govt

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at 3i Infotech Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with government clients and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities in the government sector.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key government accounts and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth within government sectors.
  • Prepare and present detailed account status reports to government stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while ensuring compliance with government regulations.
  • Manage the entire bid and proposal process, including tendering, documentation, and submission.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on government clients.
  • Proven experience in managing bids, proposals, and tendering processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with government officials.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
