About the Role

Amazon Freight is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join its team in India. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and reliability of Amazon's line haul transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and launch new products and programs to improve customer experience and increase revenue.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Fulfillment Centers, S&OP, Finance, Product & Technology, and external stakeholders like customers and carriers.
  • Manage key metrics, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and plan for changes in the network.
  • Develop and implement process improvements using data and metrics.
  • Build and own long-term planning, program, and product roadmaps.

About the Team

Amazon Freight is an entrepreneurial business that externalizes Amazon line haul services to cater to vendor inbound volumes in our Fulfillment Centers and off-Amazon volume within shipper warehouses in India. We aim to scale to become a trusted, innovative, and established line haul service partner in India, built on Amazon's world-class logistics network, delivery experience, and customer service.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
