About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives for our Gift Cards business in India. As a key member of our Amazon Pay team, you will be responsible for driving growth, improving customer engagement, and reducing fraud and abuse across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and drive new growth opportunities for Gift Cards in India, leveraging data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Build pricing frameworks for business growth across all channels, collaborating with Analytics and ML Teams to develop pricing models.
  • Lead core Gift card partnerships, negotiating with external partners and internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze and identify levers to increase customer base for Gift Cards Business, working with all GC Leaders/functions to drive higher engagement for Amazon India.
  • Develop and implement risk-based modeling to reduce fraud and abuse across the business.
  • Lead Data Infrastructure instrumentation across all GC channels, building fraud check automations and predictive models for growth, revenue, and cost line items.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 5+ years of delivering cross-functional projects experience.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience managing accounting/finance process improvement and/or technology projects with aggressive schedules.
  • Proficient in SQL and Excel.
