About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead our cross-functional teams and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects to achieve strategic objectives, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define project roadmaps, allocate resources, and drive project execution.
  • Develop and implement effective stakeholder communication plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Cross-manage program dependencies, collaborating with internal and external program managers to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor program progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions to drive program success.
  • Effectively communicate program status, trade-offs, and risks to stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Develop and maintain program management best practices, adhering to established standards.

About You

  • You possess a strong understanding of customer needs and can effectively communicate in various settings.
  • You create a teamwork environment, allowing others to achieve shared objectives.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum experience of + years, including + years of project management experience.
  • Proven project and program management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, analytical mindset, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence others without authority.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in design/development of products (systems, software, and/or hardware).
  • Experience in Test & Measurement industry using NI/Third-party hardware, drivers, and application software.
