Enterprise Sales Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our team at LeanWisdom. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
About the RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Generating new leads through various marketing channels and converting them into qualified opportunities
- Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in line with organizational objectives
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in managing multiple high-priority tasks and working well under pressure is also essential.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the growth and success of LeanWisdom.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 1+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in Ed-Tech or related domains
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Experience in managing leads effectively and maintaining relationships with clients
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
