We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the hospitality industry. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business, developing relationships with existing clients, and identifying new business leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives.
- Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue through cold calling, on-site visits, sales tours, and community networking.
- Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development.
- Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities.
- Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred).
- Previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry.
- 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality.
- Ability to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively.
- Good organization and time management skills.
