About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Parker Drilling. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Job Summary

The Revenue Growth Strategist will play a critical role in identifying opportunities for growth, developing plans to capture these opportunities, and implementing initiatives to drive revenue expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to achieve their targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience working in the oil and gas industry or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
