Proposal Management Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement proposal strategies that meet client needs and drive business growth.

  • Write and edit proposals that showcase our expertise and deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Manage proposal content libraries and ensure consistent branding and quality standards across all submissions.
  • Track and analyze proposal outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement continuous enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in proposal management, preferably in a corporate or government setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering winning proposals that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Strong business writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details into client-focused narratives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Canva/PowerPoint, and familiarity with proposal tools is a plus.
