Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Development Lead to oversee our proposal lifecycle, focusing on crafting high-quality proposals for US Federal RFPs.

  • Drafting, editing, and customizing technical narratives, management approaches, staffing plans, past performance, and resumes.
  • Maintaining and updating a reusable content library, including templates, past performance blurbs, and bios.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience managing and writing U.S. Federal proposals, preferably in IT services and IT staffing.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Collaboration and coordination with business development, technical SMEs, recruiters, pricing teams, and executive leadership.
