Job Description:

Create and lead successful business proposals for our Pressure Management Business unit.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare high-quality bid documents that meet project scope and exceed customer expectations.

  • Develop and implement proposal procedures and governance to ensure timely submissions.
  • Lead the project proposal team and maintain a log of all project bids.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical stream.
  • 10-15 years of experience in proposal management, complete project cost estimation, and technical proficiency on bid cost estimation skids/regulators/valves.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Basic finance and costing knowledge preferred.
