Key Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled hospitality executive to drive revenue growth across our hotel portfolio in South Goa. A strong understanding of the local tourism ecosystem is essential for this on-site role.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in online travel agency (OTA) management and/or hotel revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage OTAs across all group properties, ensuring accurate inventory, rate parity, and promotions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with OTA account managers, including Booking.com, Agoda, MMT, Goibibo, Expedia, etc.
  • Monitor booking trends, pace reports, and market data to optimize pricing and availability.
  • Generate detailed revenue reports, booking forecasts, and performance analysis as per industry standards.
  • Track competitor pricing and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Coordinate with front office/reservation teams to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to enhance visibility on OTA platforms.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the Goa hotel market and seasonal booking patterns.
  • Existing connections with OTA representatives are highly valued.
  • Proficiency in OTA extranets, channel managers, PMS, and Excel reporting.
  • Analytical approach to hotel revenue growth, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
