A career-defining role awaits in our dynamic hospitality start-up, where you will oversee reservations across various channels.
As a Reservations Executive, you will be responsible for managing online travel agencies (OTAs), direct bookings, and offline channels. Your excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets will ensure seamless guest communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Ensure accurate data on property management systems (PMS) and OTA extranets are up-to-date.
- Verify property listings to guarantee rates, availability, and content are current.
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), email templates, and booking process documents.
- Review guest communication for tone and accuracy.
- Coordinate with property managers for smooth check-ins and special requests.
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly booking and revenue reports.
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in reservations/front office in hospitality.
- Strong understanding of OTA extranets (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.).
- Understanding of PMS (Property Management Systems) and rate management.
- Excellent communication skills (English; other languages an asset).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (including incentives).

- Hands-on experience in building a hospitality brand from the ground up.
