Front Desk Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to lead our front desk operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout our facility.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff, providing training, guidance, and support to maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Manage scheduling for front desk and housekeeping staff to optimize productivity.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability, occupancy levels, and housekeeping schedules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Keen attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
  • Able to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
