Digital Marketing Executive for South Asia

Seize the opportunity to drive growth and innovation as a Digital Marketing Executive for South Asia at Infosys Finacle. With a strong background in demand generation, brand awareness, and lead nurturing, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end marketing initiatives to fuel business expansion across the region.
As a key member of our Finacle Marketing team, your primary objectives will be to generate leads, strengthen client relationships, and boost targeted engagement with prospects in South Asia. With India being the home market for Finacle, boasting a 70% market share, you will play a vital role in planning round-the-year engagement with various segments, including public and private sector banks, NBFCs, Small Finance Banks, and cooperative banking communities.
Key responsibilities include owning and driving a multi-channel marketing plan to support demand generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), brand visibility, and deal pursuit success in the assigned market region. This involves understanding market demand and opportunities for the Finacle business, developing impactful marketing plans, creating opportunities for thought leadership, and driving media engagement opportunities in partnership with the Infosys PR team.
You will also be responsible for creating/curating region-specific content assets aligned to regional marketing needs, understanding typical customer profiles and target markets, building market and competition intelligence to support regional marketing objectives, and monitoring, measuring, and publishing the outcomes of your marketing programs periodically.
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in end-to-end planning and management of small and large corporate events, conferences, roundtables, and industry event participation. Additionally, you should possess experience in B2B marketing for demand generation and brand awareness, practical knowledge of contemporary digital marketing channels, marketing automation tools, data analytics, and reporting.
The ideal candidate should have high-impact English communication skills, presentation skills, and content curation capabilities, as well as the ability to build collaborative partnerships and work in a matrixed and high-demand environment. Experience working for a B2B software company, especially in financial services (banking/fintech), is preferred, and conversational proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.
We offer an estimated annual salary of $85,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience, to successful candidates who can contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
