Job Summary:
The HR Manager will lead and manage the HR function, driving strategic initiatives across HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Culture Building. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and analytical abilities to measure and analyze HR Performance.
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Professional to join our team as an HR Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the HR function, driving strategic initiatives across HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Culture Building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a lean team, setting clear goals, balancing workloads, and driving accountability.
- Oversee global mobility and travel operations: visa compliance, travel policy compliance, and budget control.
- Own HR Policy Governance, Audit Readiness, and End-to-End HR Administration (payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding).
- Champion Employee Experience: office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys, and rapid-response action plans.
- Design targeted initiatives, workshops, and recognition programs to boost engagement and reduce attrition.
- Embed company values through team-led workshops, leadership forums, and signature events.
- Design and approve Total Rewards Framework: salary cycles, incentives, and ESOP communications.
- Prioritize and review Learning & Development: certification tracking and impact reporting.
- Drive CSR Strategy and Employer Branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
- Own Talent Acquisition and HR Governance: sourcing, screening, offers, TA metrics, and HRIS data integrity.
Requirements:
- Post Graduation / Master's in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and People Performance for data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems like SuccessFactors or Workday.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels to drive results.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
