Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Assist in performance management processes, setting goals, conducting appraisals, and providing guidance on employee development.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage confidential documents.
  • Address employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, training programs, and performance incentives.
  • Handle employee grievances, conduct thorough investigations, and provide recommendations for resolutions.
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects, workforce planning, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and organizational development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR issues.
