Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Research industry best practices in talent acquisition, select effective recruitment strategies, and implement changes to enhance TA process efficiency.
- Proactively source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
- Implement effective candidate assessment methodologies, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- A strong understanding of employer branding and positioning.
- The ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
