
Human Resources Leader

The role of Deputy General Manager Human Resources is to spearhead the HR function for Quality & Operations functions at a manufacturing site.
The incumbent shall be directly responsible for executing employee lifecycle processes, manpower planning, talent acquisition, administrative activities, corporate strategy and projects spanning across Talent Management and development, Learning and Development for employees based at the site.

Educational Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Experience: Minimum 15 years' experience handling HR functions. Experience in manufacturing set-ups preferred.
Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical): HR operations, industrial relations, labour legislations, business acumen, management skills, analytical ability, stakeholder interface.
