
Senior Human Resource Director

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead and manage human resources functions.
This position requires a strong background in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, HR operations, and compliance.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Oversee payroll administration and attendance management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, job descriptions, Standard Operating Procedures, and employee handbooks in line with company objectives and labor laws.
- Manage performance appraisal systems to foster a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including labor laws, visa processing, gratuity settlements, and employee welfare regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the Gulf region, and a solid understanding of labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive organizational growth through effective policies, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management systems.
- Act as a strategic partner to management, providing insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
- Maintain and enhance HR systems, databases, and reporting structures for improved efficiency and decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Prior HR experience in the Gulf region is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
- Expertise in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and performance appraisal frameworks.
