
HR Director Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department.
The ideal candidate will oversee the recruitment process, design company policies, set objectives for the HR team, and shape our employer brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish clear goals and objectives for the HR team and track progress.
- Develop and implement comprehensive policies that promote a healthy work environment.
- Create compensation and benefits plans that align with organizational goals.
- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
- Host in-house recruitment events to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with managers to discuss employees' career development paths.
- Monitor key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire).
- Review departmental budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Organize learning and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and its implications on HR practices.
- Excellent communication abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the HR team.
- Ability to foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
