Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced and organized HR professional to spearhead various human resources functions. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment efforts, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies to meet them.
    • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires by managing formalities and induction processes.
  • HR Operations & Generalist Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS databases.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
    • Provide basic payroll coordination and support with attendance tracking and leave management.
  • Employee Engagement & Events:
    • Plan and execute internal employee events, team-building activities, and celebrations to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Create and maintain an employee-friendly office culture that promotes productivity and job satisfaction.
    • Cultivate open communication channels to collect feedback and implement initiatives to boost employee morale.
  • Internal Communication & PR:
    • Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies to keep employees informed about company news and updates.
    • Support social media content creation and posting for HR and employer branding initiatives.
    • Liaise with external agencies/vendors to coordinate event and PR activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR tools.
  • A positive attitude, people-oriented approach, and high level of organization.
