Lead HR Operations

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to drive end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • Leverage training and development programs to build the skills and competencies of HR professionals.
  • Maintain strict compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and respect.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labour Laws and Human Resource Management, with a proven track record in leading HR operations. If you have expertise in training & development, handling compliance matters, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Labour Law compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Expertise in training & development and handling compliance matters.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • MBA in Human Resources and Bachelor of Law (LLB) required.
