About this Role

We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Improve onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly and stay engaged.
  • Champion the company's mission, values, and vision in daily HR practices.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, recognition, and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and programs that reinforce a strong company culture.
  • Oversee core HR functions such as employee records, policy updates, and benefits administration.
  • Evaluate compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations with discretion and fairness.
  • Support managers in implementing performance management processes (reviews, feedback, development plans).
  • Help design and roll out learning and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Identify leadership development opportunities to support internal promotion and succession planning.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Proactively identify HR-related issues and propose scalable solutions.

Ideal Candidate

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
  • 5–8 years HR experience with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ability to work with international teams.
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
