Job Opportunity: We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR leader to drive both the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards for our organization.

About the Role: This prominent force in India's flexible workspace industry is catering to the evolving needs of large enterprises and fast-growing companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Business Partnering: Work closely with business leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with overall organizational goals. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on org design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Total Rewards: Lead the design, benchmarking, and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions. Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits. Prior experience managing ESOP programs is a plus.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
