Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily HR operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to implement effective best practices and ensure consistency in HR operations worldwide.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights, helping to improve employee retention and workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on international best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of international background verification processes and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
