Leadership Position: Head HR

About the Role:

  • Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws and company regulations.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and morale.
  • Address employee grievances through structured grievance redressal procedures.
  • Collaborate with functional heads to understand manpower requirements and drive effective recruitment.
  • Develop onboarding, training, and capability-building programs to align with business needs.
  • Drive performance management processes, ensuring timely appraisals, constructive feedback, and career development.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA/MSW/PGDM or equivalent).
  • 3–5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing/plant HR.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act provisions, and industrial relations.
