- Collaborate on local risk assessment initiatives, incorporating methodologies like FMEA and PLA.
- Oversight of Business Continuity Management (BCM) planning for India HR Functions.
- Identify and address local issues and events, ensuring prompt remediation and mitigation.
- Implement tasks related to regulatory changes in India, ensuring compliance and adherence.
- Aggregate and report local risk data, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Develop and recommend local HR models, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support audits and examinations in India, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Provide risk advisory services to local HR stakeholders, fostering a culture of risk awareness.
- Design and implement governance processes for India HR, incorporating consistent controls and monitoring programs.
- Manage documentation and execution of local HR controls, demonstrating adherence to relevant employment laws.
- Lead audit activities, establishing a framework for internal and external audits.
- Lead Capital One India HR risk activities and serve as Risk point-person.
- Collaborate with teams to track and resolve HR India issues and events within agreed timelines.
- Develop a reporting framework to inform team members and leaders on risks and issues.
- Consult with leaders and team members to ensure well-managed end-to-end services and products.
- Influence leaders, peers, and stakeholders to develop optimal outcomes.
- Stay current on industry trends and subject matter expertise to support the team in risk management.
- Perform leadership roles to help teams deliver large-scale local HR Risk deliverables.
- Accountable for overall delivery of specified compliance activities, IRP, regular process reviews, and updates.
Bachelor's/Master's Degree, 8+ years experience in Project Management, 8+ years experience in Risk or Audit Management, PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification required.
