Delhi-based E-commerce company is seeking a strategic HR Partner to help drive their growth.

The role will focus on building and implementing HR processes, ensuring compliance, managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and driving HR best practices in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and systems aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and shortlisting to onboarding.
  • Design employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Set up performance management systems including OKRs/KPIs and appraisal cycles.
  • Manage HR compliance with labor laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
  • Guide leadership teams on organization design and talent strategy.
  • Support training and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee payroll coordination and HRMS implementation.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 7–12 years' HR experience, with strong exposure to startups or e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in setting up HR frameworks for fast-growth organizations.
  • Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fractional/consulting capacity across multiple startups.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (requiring upto 10hr commitment every week)
