Job Title

The role is a generalist HR position requiring experience in full-cycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, analytics, and learning and development. Our company is seeking an achievement-oriented individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with partners to meet their talent requirements.

The ideal candidate will be a multitasker comfortable working with multiple clients while maintaining a high level of quality and timeliness. Experience in innovative solutioning, agile approaches, and thinking on one's feet would be beneficial. This is an individual role requiring strong collaborative working across the talent team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, interviewing, coordination with partners, offer management, and post-offer engagement.
  2. Talent Management: Online onboarding, documentation, conducting induction sessions, confirmation process, exit interviews, analysis, pulse, and new joiners feedback.
  3. Manage internship processes.
  4. Engagement: Conceptualize, plan, and execute programs based on EE calendar.
  5. L&D: Conduct HR/talent process sessions, conceptualize, and plan soft skills programs.
  6. HR Projects: Take on HR projects in any talent focus area, plan, and execute.
  7. HR Analytics/Dashboards: Create dashboards/HR analytics, send reports to management.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a good and consistent academic record. An MBA in Human Resources from a reputable college/university would be preferred.
